- Ship the Item: You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number with your return package.
- Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item to you. This process typically takes 6-7 days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Delivery Time
